Overview/Mission: 

To provide enjoyable networking opportunities for our members to grow professionally, to spotlight a host sponsor each month at Third Thursday and to offer educational seminars to benefit our membership.

Overview / Mission:

Sponsorship committee is responsible for establishing a sponsorship program for HRBOR; defining the levels of sponsorship associated with the amount of donations; and developing, approaching, and  sustaining annual sponsors and Special Event sponsors for HRBOR.


Volunteering Opportunities:

Need people to assist with creation and implementation of a preliminary sponsorship program to include sponsorship recruitment and sponsor appreciation.  We will regularly contact potential new sponsors and nurture our current champions.

 

 

 


Marketing Chair - Shannon Bowman

Overview/Mission:

The Marketing Committee maintains the HRBOR website, develops monthly e-news reports, creatively promotes the organization and works with the press to further encourage participation and membership throughout the Hampton Roads community.

 

Volunteering Opportunities:

We need people who have creative and technical skills in design, copywriting, connections to local advertising media and the ability to collaborate with other members of the committee to execute new promotional campaigns.

Overview/Mission:

With innovation and responsiveness to feedback, the memebership committe shall strive to grow and improve member benefits.  The members of the committee shall provide resources and act as mentors to new members.
