Third Thursday Events Committee Chair – Cindy Cutler
Overview/Mission: To provide enjoyable networking opportunities for our members to grow professionally, to spotlight a host sponsor each month at Third Thursday and to offer educational seminars to benefit our membership.
Special Events Committee Chair – Stacey Allin
Overview/Mission: To provide events outside the monthly Third Thursday events to the Hampton Roads business community and HRBOR membership. We always welcome a motivated, responsible individual or business to assist in planning the Special Events.

Sponsorship/Fundraising Chair - Christianna Flynn
Sponsorship committee is responsible for establishing a sponsorship program for HRBOR; defining the levels of sponsorship associated with the amount of donations; and developing, approaching, and sustaining annual sponsors and Special Event sponsors for HRBOR.
Need people to assist with creation and implementation of a preliminary sponsorship program to include sponsorship recruitment and sponsor appreciation. We will regularly contact potential new sponsors and nurture our current champions.

Overview/Mission: The Marketing Committee maintains the HRBOR website, develops monthly e-news reports, creatively promotes the organization and works with the press to further encourage participation and membership throughout the Hampton Roads community.
Volunteering Opportunities: We need people who have creative and technical skills in design, copywriting, connections to local advertising media and the ability to collaborate with other members of the committee to execute new promotional campaigns.
Membership Committee Chair – Don King
Overview/Mission: With innovation and responsiveness to feedback, the memebership committe shall strive to grow and improve member benefits. The members of the committee shall provide resources and act as mentors to new members.
Volunteering Opportunites: The membership committee would encourage those volunteers who would like to help grow the organization through recruitment, networking and program development. Please let us know if you would like to come on board.

Overview/Mssion: The goal of the education committee is to create and organize educational seminars and new member orientation.
Volunteering Opportunites: The education committee is seeking volunteers to assist in developing seminars to meet the needs of the community and help coordinate monthly new member orientations before the Third Thursdays.
